Definition

Company

“Raska Mon,” “moodmantra.com,” “Wellness Hub,” “Company,” “Firm,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or “Service Provider” refer to Raska Mon as providers of Services for this document.

“Client,” “user,” “you,” “your,” or similar terminology refer to you as the user of the platform receiving our products, Services, and resources.

Platform

“Platform” refers to any mobile app, website, chatbot, or web links used to access Services provided by the Company.

Psychological Wellness Professional

“Psychological Wellness Practitioner,” “Wellness Professional,” “therapist,” “wellness advisor,” “expert,” “consultant,” or similar terms refer to the Psychological Wellness Professional.

Psychiatrist

“Psychiatrist,” “doctor,” or “clinical expert” refers to a doctor qualified in India, specializing in psychiatry.

Nature of Service

Raska Mon is a psychological wellness platform delivering emotional wellness products and Services to individuals and organizations. These include, but are not limited to corporate wellness programs for employees and offerings such as:

• Face-to-face consultations with authorized Psychological Wellness Professionals in India (one-to-one or group)
• Online consultations with Users in India or abroad, conducted by authorized Psychological Wellness Professionals
• Periodic self-assessments and psychological tests
• Workshops and webinars by trained Psychological Wellness Professionals
• Self-help tools, content, and programs via websites, mobile apps, and emails
• Guide chat packs for encrypted messaging with Psychological Wellness Professionals
• Participation in user forums, feedback, blogs, and submissions on the platform
• Online or in-person consultations with Psychiatrists in India (authorized by Raska Mon)

Services comply with client anonymity and confidentiality policies in India (refer to Privacy Policy). Raska Mon reserves the right to add or remove products and Services without prior notice. These are collectively referred to as “Services.”

Disclaimer

Raska Mon does not handle medical or psychological emergencies. We are not equipped for crisis situations, including self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or severe disorders like schizophrenia. In such cases, seek immediate in-person help from a hospital, psychiatrist, or counselor. Involve a family member or friend for support if needed.

User Agreement

By using Raska Mon’s Services, products, or resources, you confirm: (i) you are 18+ and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or (ii) if under 18, your parent/guardian provides consent and agrees to these terms. You accept this User Agreement and linked policies (e.g., Terms of Use, Privacy Policy). Accessing the Platform on any device is subject to this Agreement. We may modify it without notice, and continued use implies acceptance. Psychological Wellness Professionals and Psychiatrists are based in India, licensed there, and not a substitute for local face-to-face therapy or diagnosis. For crises, contact emergency services; in India, psychiatry services are available on the platform otherwise.

Applicability of Terms

This Agreement applies to all current and future contracts with Users, including browsers, customers, and contributors. Using Services binds you to this Agreement, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, superseding prior communications.

Termination of Agreement

You may terminate this Agreement by settling outstanding payments and notifying us (via support@raskamon.com or info@wellnesshubindia.com for direct users, or through your organization if applicable). We will process account deletion requests within 14 working days, per our Privacy Policy. We may terminate the Agreement without reason. Payments due to us are payable within 30 days; refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Terms of Use

• Be 18+ (or have parental consent if under 18), legally competent, and compliant with laws
• Provide accurate registration information and update it as needed
• Use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not modify, decompile, or reproduce content without permission
• Avoid unlawful use or harm to the Company or others
• Pay fees on time (late payments may incur charges)
• Check technical requirements before bookings
• Not upload harmful content or violate third-party rights

Intellectual Property

Platform content is for informational use only. Raska Mon disclaims liability for losses from reliance on it. Third-party content is used under fair use provisions; all other content is copyrighted by Raska Mon. Reproduction requires written permission.

User Content

By submitting content (e.g., text, images), you warrant ownership or authorization, compliance with terms, and non-infringement of third-party rights. You grant Raska Mon a perpetual, worldwide license to use such content.

Payment and Refunds

Users must pay fees upfront, authorizing automatic deductions. Refer to the Payment section for details. Raska Mon may update payment terms without notice. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Privacy Policy

Usage is subject to our Privacy Policy, which may be updated without notice. Review it carefully.

Limitation of Liability

Raska Mon does not guarantee registration or session availability. We act as a technology intermediary, not guarantors of outcomes. Professionals’ credentials are verified, but we are not liable for their actions or misrepresentations. Content is for general use; rely on it at your own risk. We may modify or terminate Services without liability.

Disclaimer on Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim liability for security, accuracy, or third-party tools accessed via the Platform. Third-party links are not our responsibility.

User Forums and Submissions

We may use your submissions (e.g., comments) without obligation to compensate or respond, but therapy communications remain confidential. You are responsible for your submissions’ accuracy and legality.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement governs your use, superseding prior terms. Non-enforcement of any provision does not waive it.

Termination

Liabilities prior to termination survive. You may terminate by ceasing use and settling payments. We may terminate for non-compliance without notice.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We may correct errors in content or cancel orders without notice. Updates are not guaranteed.

Prohibited Uses

Prohibited actions include unlawful use, infringement, harassment, or uploading malware. Violation may lead to termination.

Indemnification

You indemnify Raska Mon against claims from your breach or third-party actions.

Severability

Unenforceable provisions are severed; others remain valid.

Grievance Redressal

Contact Mr. Dhirendra (support@raskamon.com) or Mr. Saurabh Kumar (info@raskamon.com) for grievances, with resolution within one month.

Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to Jharkhand courts, per Indian law.
